This document concerns the processing and protection of personal data of the website Users:

www.nubra.eu (hereinafter „the Website“).

The Website respects the Users’ right to privacy. In particular, it cares for the protection of their personal data and applies appropriate organizational and technical solutions to prevent interference with Users’ privacy by third parties. Our activities are aimed to guarantee the User a sense of complete security at a level appropriate to the applicable law, including:

1. European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection);

Please be advised, that the Website may contain external links enabling its Users to reach other websites directly, or when using the Website, cookies may be additionally placed on your device from other entities, in particular from suppliers such as: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, in order to enable you to use the Website’s functionalities integrated with these services. Each of the providers specifies the rules of use from cookies in their privacy policy, therefore we have no influence on the privacy policy of the providers and the use of cookies.

Personal data

1. The administrator of your personal data within the meaning of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 EU of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: “GDPR”), after registering on the website and in connection with the use of its functionalities is: Chodacka Sp. 2. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator, in particular for the following purposes:
   • conclusion and implementation of the contract for the provision of electronic services under the conditions described in the “Regulations”,

   • enabling contact with the Administrator via contact forms,
   • defense against possible claims,

4. In addition to the entities mentioned in point 5, your data may be made available only to entities authorized to do so under national or EU law. The website administrator ascertain to adequately secure the personal data provided, in particular against disclosure to unauthorized persons.
5. Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or until your consent is revoked.

   • a) consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), in particular for marketing purposes of cooperating entities,
   • b) in connection with the performance of the contract to which the data subject applies, or to take steps at the request of the data subject, prior to concluding the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), in particular in the case of an order the Newsletter service or in connection with the use of the functionalities of the nubra.eu website described in the Regulations of the website;
   • c) fulfillment of the obligation resulting from the provisions of both national and EU law in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR;
   • d) for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including answering questions sent via the “Contact” tab and for statistical and analytical purposes of the Administrator, where the Administrator’s legitimate interest is the possibility of making analyzes and statistics of his activities resulting from art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR, as well as for the purposes of defending against possible claims on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest, where the Administrator’s legitimate interest is to protect the Administrator against third party claims.
7. At any time, it is possible to withdraw consents expressed on the website, including consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes of entities cooperating with the Administrator. Revocation of consent for processing will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
8. You have the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion, transfer or limitation of their processing, as well as the right to object to the processing.

Use of cookies

The website, in accordance with art. 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law, uses cookies that constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device.
